on the French doors.

Sprayed cockroach
soiling a pillow slip
the last one.

Polishing an opal
its light from a thousand eyes
pressed by violent earth.

Still smoking
sifted from the house
unburnt treasures.

Paper coffee cup
the whole cemetery
moved with the wind.

Home again
moon and I meeting
on the old wood bridge.
